Mixed ard with diff groups of cliques, how to join them together within one night???

But BBQ is so super common...and definitely will left out some friends
(i can't be talking/entertaining to everyone at the same time.)
Plus, i don't want to be the centre of attention, especially in such a big group.
That feeling sucks.
